Effective date: 2026-07-29 This page describes how Edpire is priced. Figures are quoted per market and per organization, so prices are not listed here. To get a quote, contact support@edpire.com with your expected population and integration type.

How pricing is structured

Edpire charges for how many people you serve, never for how much you assess. Assessment volume is what we want you to grow, so metering it would work against both of us. Included usage ceilings exist as abuse protection, sized so that normal pedagogical use never reaches them. Every subscription has the same three parts:

Population bands

  • Learning platforms and integrations: banded by active learners, measured by Edpire.
  • Schools, universities and centers: banded by enrolled students, declared at signature and re-declared at renewal.
Active learner means a unique learner who submits at least one assessment in a calendar month. Crossing a band threshold mid-year triggers a notification, not a charge. The new band applies at your next annual renewal, so your bill does not move mid-contract.

What every subscription includes

  • Full access to the Edpire assessment builder, with all exercise types
  • Full REST API access to all documented endpoints
  • Webhook delivery with automatic retry
  • @edpire/sdk for embedded and custom-flow integrations
  • Access to docs.edpire.com
  • Email support per the SLA
  • Platform updates and new features as released, with no separate upgrade fee
  • Changelog notification for API changes
Maintenance means platform updates, uptime per the SLA, security patches, and API stability under the versioning policy. It does not include bespoke development, custom exercise types, or content production. Onboarding and assessment-authoring workshops are offered as separate one-time engagements. Ask for details when you request a quote.

Overage

Usage beyond your included monthly ceilings is billed as overage at the end of the billing period. Calls are never blocked — service continues uninterrupted when a quota is exceeded. Overage is billed in whole blocks, rounded up. Edpire sends email alerts at 80% and 100% of each monthly quota so overage is never a surprise. Consistently paying overage usually means the next band up would cost you less. If that happens, we will tell you.

Billing terms

  • Annual subscriptions are invoiced upfront for the full year
  • Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (TND). Additional methods are available on request for international clients
  • All prices are stated HT, excluding applicable taxes. VAT or equivalent applies where required by law
  • Contracts carry an annual price-review clause

Renewal, cancellation and price changes

  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before the renewal date
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. There are no partial refunds
  • After cancellation, you may request a full export of your data. Contact support@edpire.com
  • Edpire gives a minimum of 60 days advance notice by email before any price increase, taking effect at the next renewal. You may cancel before it applies, without penalty
